This new construction is composed of 2 buildings with a total roof sq. footage of 164,000. The concrete roof deck was poured with slope.

PIC recommended a silicone roofing/waterproofing system that goes on fast and will stand up to Guam's intense heat. Silicone will not support the growth of mold and mildew. The color will not fade. The coating will not weather away. There will be no reason to recoat the roof in 10-15 years.

The roof deck was pressure washed and sprayed with Gaco Western's E5320 epoxy primer. This was topped with two coats of Gaco's S1600 silicone with a total mil thickness of 40.
