Villa Rosario

Villa Rosario is an apartment complex composed of 4 buildings. Each building has approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of poured concrete roof deck.

Many homeowners complained about water leaks. The main hurdle at this building was the numerous air-conditioning units, ductwork, cables, antennas and exhaust pipes spread all over the roof.

After pressure washing and detailing the roof, PIC applied 25 mils of silicone coating. Paying particular attention to all roof penetrations.

In 3 weeks PIC was able to completely waterproof all buildings.
