The Staywell Building houses computers vital to the company's operation. The building had an existing foam roof and the walls were also covered with polyurethane foam.
The system however was deteriorating. PIC undertook repairs of Staywell in 2003. An area of 12,000 sq. ft. was re-sprayed with foam and the entire building was recoated. The roof was coated with silicone and the walls with acrylic.
