Temenos is Greek for sanctuary. St. Regis Temenos lives up to the name.

Exquisite Mediterranean style villas are loosely strewn on its powder fine beach, stark white outcroppings against the serene turquoise of the Atlantic Ocean and the Anguilla Channel make for a magnificent visual indulgence. A stone's throw away, across the channel lies St. Maarten.

St. Regis Temenos has the only golf course on island. The Temenos Golf Course is designed by Greg Norman and has 7,100 yards of lush green with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. The beautiful course has an equally arresting clubhouse.

The 28,000 sq. ft. Temenos Golf Course Clubhouse stands tall and proud on a hilltop. In the same Mediterranean style as the villas on property, it is breathtaking.

PIC and JLF and Associates worked with Flag Luxury Properties, GSB and Associates and Hensel Phelps to come up with an innovative solution to the building's waterproofing requirements.

The answer was composed of a diverse set of systems for different parts of the building.

A fast-set urethane system was sprayed on decks over which stone tiles were set. This system allowed tiles to be laid on the same day of application.

Vaulted and dome roofs were waterproofed with Gaco Western's H25 Hypalon coating that matched the building's exterior finish.

Parapet walls, window and door frames were coated with Hypalon mixed with walnut shells to replicate the lightly sanded stucco finish of walls.
